We manufacture temporary fence panels, steel hoarding, vehicle and pedestrian gates, road safety barriers, crowd control barriers and fencing accessories. Our panels feature mechanically joined frames and optional corner reinforcement.
Technology
Mechanical joints
Fence frame joined with our proprietary mechanical joint, without welding or spot welding. Optional additional corner reinforcement.
Frame joint
- Welded / spot-welded
- Weld prone to cracking under impacts and frequent assembly.
- Mechanical
- No weld where the tubes meet. The frame stays strong under heavy use and repeated installation.
Zinc coating
- Welded / spot-welded
- The heat of welding burns off the zinc coating at the weld. This is where corrosion starts first.
- Mechanical
- Joining without welding leaves the zinc coating intact. The frame stays protected against corrosion along its whole length.
Corners
- Welded / spot-welded
- The corner is held only by the weld. Its strength depends on the quality of the welding.
- Mechanical
- Optional additional reinforcement stiffens the corner and keeps the frame square under load.
